             IMPROVE YOUR LIFE WITH LAW OF ATTRACTION AND EFT

 

Are you looking for a surefire way to start improving your life? According to the principles of the law of attraction, relief might be just a few thoughts away.  What exactly is the law of attraction and how does it affect us? The law of attraction is a phrase coined by Abraham Hicks in the book Ask and It is Given  which refers to universal energy and vibration. The book explains that our thoughts and feelings affect on our energy and the circumstances that we attract into our life. It says when we think happy thoughts, we feel good and our energy is alive and vibrant. However, the book also explains that just the opposite is also true.  When we think unhappy thoughts or are depressed or sad, our energy goes down and we may feel tired and have low energy. Therefore, it makes sense to try to think positive happy thoughts.

However, thinking positive thoughts may take some effort.  Many of us are accustomed to worrying, judging, thinking negatively or living in fear, making it difficult to break old habits.

Try this: Every time you have a negative thought, hum a line of happy birthday to you or think a happy thought. Also, when you are feeling discouraged or unhappy, try to talk yourself out of it. After all , everything is based on what you tell yourself, so try to find some words that make your feel relief. For example, if someone takes an examination and earns an 85%, he or she may feel this is a great grade and be very happy. Yet, another person may have wanted a 95% and be very unhappy to earn an 85%. The grade is the same, but the perception one holds about the grade influences how a person feels. In every situation, each person has the ability to change his or her perception to try to feel better. In doing so, one's energy and spirits are uplifted. With uplifted energy, one feels better and according to the law of attraction attracts more of the things that he or she desires.

Since each individual can choose his or her thoughts, why not choose to think happy thoughts?

Think about it. Have you noticed that when you are in a bad mood, everything seems to annoy you and things keep going wrong. For example, you may knock over your coffee, or you drop a stack of papers, get a speeding ticket or get into an argument. The law of attraction would explain that when you are thinking negatively your energy begins to get out of alignment and you begin to attract to you things that match the way you are feeling and thinking. It also works the other way too. Did you ever notice when you are feeling good, you attract things to you that make you happy. For example, when you go shopping you find a perfect pair of shoes to buy, there is no line when you go to pay and the salesgirl compliments you. It seems that your mood and thoughts influence your experiences.

In one of Mario Romero's recent life coaching classes,  ( Meets every Wednesday in our Langhorne, Pa. office), Mario asked this question.

What is your life like now , and what do you think your life should be like?

The difference in the way things are and the way that you think things should be creates an internal struggle. The continuous feelings of non-acceptance because you feel that you should be thinner, smarter, more advanced in your career, have better friends, should get along better with your mother, be a better daughter, be more successful, have a better personality, be a better manager, be more organized, be a better mother, etc. brings your energy down. Once your energy is down, you begin to feel discouraged and your life becomes a mirror of your feelings.

You can train yourself to change your thoughts so you can change your energy and start feeling better and attracting more of what you want in your life.

Say this Phrase: " I love, accept and am happy with myself and my life just that way I it is right now"

Now write down the first thought that comes into your head. It will probably be an objection like: How can I accept myself?  I am too fat, or I don't have enough money, or my life is awful, I'm a failure, I will never be good enough, I am always afraid, etc.

Start to be aware of negative thoughts that you continuously think and replace them with positive thoughts. Train yourself to focus on things that make you feel good. If someone has done you a disservice, forget it! Think about all of the people who have done something nice for you. Make a list of all of that person's good traits.  Think about all the nice things you do for people, think about anything but the negative feelings that create more negativity in your life. You will feel so much better. Take a few minutes each day to consciously think some positive thoughts.

 Next week, try to catch yourself whenever you start to think a negative thought. Right away replace that thought with a happier thought and stay focused on feeling good. If you begin to train yourself to try find thoughts that make you feel good no matter what the circumstances, you will begin to attract more of the things in your life that make you feel good.

Our greatest pitfall is that we want other people to change the way they treat us, so we can feel good. Or we want our circumstances to change so we can feel good.  It is the other way around. In reality ,we need to take responsibility for making ourselves feel good. We need to find ways to feel good no matter what the circumstances. The Law of Attraction teaches when we feel joyous our vibration attracts from that state and we attract more things that bring us joy. So, the way we feel should never be up to someone else.  When we make our happiness contingent on what someone else says or does, we invest a tremendous amount of energy in trying to control someone else. That is a terrible drain of our energy and only brings our energy down.

The law of attraction states that like attracts like. Therefore if you want to attract more money in your life, you need to feel like you already have money. If you want to attract a wonderful relationship in your life, you need to feel like you have already have a wonderful relationship in your life. It sounds like a catch 22, but according to Abraham Hicks in Ask and It is Given, it is essential to align your energy and feelings to attract. According to the Law of Attraction, the most important thing you can do for yourself is concentrate on trying to think thoughts that make you feel good. Feeling Good puts you in the attracting mood for more good things. some Inspiration to think about:   "You are What you Think you are" and  "If you think you can, or you think you can't , You are right! "

Emotions can get the best of us. It can be difficult to feel good when we are angry, anxious, resentful or sad. I have found EFT to be an amazing tool that works on the subtle energies of the body to bring relief. Once that relief is felt, it is much easier to start focusing on being positive .

EFT  stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, and it is the fastest way I have experienced to change and release old patterns of negative thought and beliefs. For example, you may subconsciously believe that you are not good enough, or that you will never be able to make a lot of money, or that you are unlovable. Or you may think that being rich will lead you away from your values. These thoughts drain your energy and keep you feeling low. EFT is a valuable tool that may help you start releasing these negative beliefs.

EFT  may help you release the negative thought patterns that are subconsciously and consciously holding you back and keeping your energy low. It is amazing the shifts you can make to clear fears, phobias, anger, guilt, jealousy, hopelessness, poor self esteem etc.
